Managed the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and UI/UX design to technical implementation and final delivery. Established timelines, delegated tasks based on team strengths, and ensured all academic milestones were met on schedule. Bridged the gap between technical logic and creative design, resolving conflicts and optimizing project workflows.
